Michelle Harrison - Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Harrison, Chief Operating Officer for Michael Neill & Associates, overseas the day to day operations of the company while working to fulfill the ServiStar vision "to be the most valued business partner of our credit union clients and associates."
Michelle began working for the company more than 14 years ago as the organization's VP of Marketing and Research. Her main focus in the last decade has been on managing the Internal Service Survey and creating product knowledge manuals and assessments for ServiStar clients.
Before beginning with MNA, Michelle worked in the field of communication as a writer, photographer, and layout and graphic designer - first as a journalist in the U.S. Army, and then later for a small weekly city newspaper. Her career in the credit union industry began in the marketing department of a Tallahassee, Florida credit union, where she planned, implemented and managed the various areas of marketing including promotions, business development, public relations, strategic planning, product development and market research. Outside of the credit union, Michelle served on the board of the Credit Union Partnership for Informed Consumers, a cooperative marketing and education program among local credit unions.
After leaving the credit union, Michelle became a private consultant providing her clients, which included local credit unions and other non-profit organizations, with a variety of communication services. It wasn't long, however, before she found her way to MNA and began her commitment to helping credit union clients learn how to provide the very best service to their members.
