Constance Anderson is a nationally recognized credit union marketing consultant specializing in member relationship marketing.
She consults with credit unions across the U.S. to increase member wallet share through relationship marketing and pricing strategies, CRM software deployment, outbound call programs, and member loyalty research. She helps credit unions develop strategies for gathering rich member data to maximize their investment in CRM technology. She also assists credit unions in identifying and resolving organizational issues that inhibit optimal return on investment on CRM initiatives.
As an authority on credit union marketing, Anderson is in demand as a conference speaker. She has been an instructor of marketing for the CUNA Management School, the Southwest Management School, the CUNA Marketing Management School, the CUNA E-Lending Conference, and the CUNA Consumer Lending Conference. In addition, she has spoken to credit union marketers about CRM at state conferences from Maine to California and is a featured speaker on CRM strategies at the CUES School of Sales and Service. She has also spoken about credit union relationship marketing to the national conferences of NACUSO, NASCUS, the Marketing Association of California and the National Youth Involvement Board.
